On a different note, Final Fantasy XII officially has the WORST loot system of all FF games. (Though, I must say, FFX had the best Ultimate Weapons system of all FF games, despite the arduous sidequests and hours upon hours of Blitzball WAKKA WAS WORTH IT ALMOST BUT NOT COMPLETELY BECAUSE BLITZBALL IS THE SUCK.) It's a matter of chance, a 40% chance that the weapon will be in SOME RANDOM CHEST IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, and if the ultimate weapon is not there, you have to restart and try again WTF.

At the moment, the only thing that's keeping me playing the game is the music, Balthier,the Quickenings make beating bosses infinitely easier, and the fact that I'm too arrogant to admit defeat at the hands of an RPG FOR I AM THE RPG MASTER WHO CONQUERS ALL MANNERS OF RPGs AND HAVE DEFEATED EVERY OTHER FF GAME EXCEPT XI BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE XI.
